AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed ) is a weekly children's club for 3rd through 6th graders, where they gather to sing, play games, have snack, memorize Bible verses and work on lessons from their handbooks. Throughout the year, they go on various field trips, and end the year with an overnight camping trip! JV (Junior Varsity) meets during the same time as AWANA, but is for youth in 7th and 8th grade. They play games and discuss a variety of topics relevant to youth these days and also go on many fun outings during the year, such as ice skating, bowling, and more! Dues are $.50 each week for both AWANA and JV participants.
